Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

 


Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 


Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

• If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us at trynuhome@gmail.com for assistance.

 


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at trynuhome@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
